Recepta.ai connects to the systems you already run so bookings, contacts, and job history stay in one place. Connect from Integrations in the dashboard.

Available integrations

ServiceTitan is listed but not yet connectable — partner app approval is pending. It will appear as available in your dashboard once that completes.

Connecting

Most integrations use OAuth: click connect, authorize in the provider’s own login screen, and you’re done. Recepta.ai never asks for the password to another system. Apple Calendar is the exception — it uses CalDAV with an app-specific password you generate in your Apple ID settings.
Connect using an account with the permissions you actually need, and one that won’t be deactivated when someone leaves. An integration authorized by a departed employee’s account stops working the day their access is revoked.

The one-write-CRM rule

Only one field-service CRM — Jobber, Housecall Pro, or ServiceTitan — can be connected at a time. Attempting to connect a second returns an error telling you to disconnect the first. This is deliberate. Booking write-back has to dispatch to exactly one system; with two connected, a reschedule or cancellation can be sent to the wrong one and dead-end. See Field-service CRM.

Managing connections

Each integration shows its status and last sync time. If a connection breaks — usually revoked access or a changed password on the provider side — reconnect from the same screen. Reconnecting refreshes credentials without losing your configuration.
